Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped

  • - Once cancelled, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

After Shipment:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • - You may refuse delivery and the item will be returned to us
  • - Refunds for refused deliveries will be processed after we receive the returned item

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery
  • - Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • - Tags and labels must be intact

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • - Items marked as non-returnable
  • - Products showing signs of use or damage

Refund Amount:
